About Sarika

“I’m not here to fix you. Nothing about you is broken. I’m here so you can hear yourself think.”

Sarika Kishore at home in Toronto

The long way here.

Sarika didn’t arrive at coaching through a tidy career ladder. She arrived through a life, a full, complicated, deeply lived one, and everything that life asked her to carry.

For nineteen years she was the one who held the center of a home: the steady presence, the quiet logistics, the emotional weather system for everyone around her. She knows, from the inside, how invisible that work is and how much it costs.

“Grief doesn’t ask whether you’re ready. It just hands you a different life and waits to see what you’ll do.”

A profound loss in 2012 rearranged the map. A move to Canada meant rebuilding from the ground up. And somewhere in the rebuilding, the thing she’d always done instinctively, helping people find their own footing, became something she chose to do with rigor.

The certifications came next. Not to borrow authority, but to hold lived experience to a real standard.

The path, briefly

  1. 1993–2012

    Nineteen years, holding the center

A full life as a homemaker, the invisible, essential work of keeping people steady. She learned exactly how heavy the load is when no one names it.

  2. 2012

A loss, and a move across the world

Her husband passed away suddenly. In the same year, she moved to Canada and began rebuilding, a new country, new footing, and the slow, unglamorous work of starting again.

  3. 2020–2023

    Turning it into craft

Training began during the pandemic, iPEC, Energy Leadership, ICF, functional-medicine health coaching, and she founded her coaching practice in January 2021, completing her certifications by 2023.

  4. Today

The work she was always doing

Coaching people through the exact terrain she crossed, quietly, without hype, and without ever making anyone feel small for needing it.

How Sarika works

Three promises about the room.

No hype

No breakthroughs promised by Friday, no manufactured urgency. Real change is quieter and more durable than that, and I won't sell you the loud version.

No platitudes

You won't hear "everything happens for a reason" in this room. You'll hear real questions, held long enough to reach a real answer.

No shaming

Whatever you find when you finally slow down, it's met with steadiness, not judgment. You've done enough being hard on yourself.

Properly qualified

Credentials, for the skeptics.

Lived experience, held to a real professional standard.
